Welcome to my cooking class, where you will discover the authentic flavors of the Ligurian Riviera through a rich and immersive culinary experience.Together, we will prepare traditional recipes while enjoying a delightful aperitivo that celebrates the true essence of local cuisine and centuries-old traditions. The experience begins with a tasting featuring the iconic focaccia Genovese, perfectly golden and fragrant, served alongside bruschetta topped with homemade pesto, salted anchovies, and marinated Riviera olives.We will then move on to the hands-on part of the class, where you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. In particular, you will prepare handmade taglierini using a traditional tool called the “chitarra,” an ancient instrument that gives the pasta its unique texture and shape.To complete the experience, you will enjoy the pasta you have created, dressed with the fresh pesto you prepared yourself. Everything will be accompanied by a carefully selected tasting of local DOP white wines, which I will be delighted to introduce and explain with passion.We will finish in true Italian style with an authentic espresso and a pleasant traditional digestif from Genoa.This experience is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the genuine flavors, aromas, and traditions of Ligurian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
