We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the experience. For late cancellations, please contact us directly on WhatsApp — we'll do our best to find an alternative solution.

Many of our experiences are suitable for families with children — cooking classes in particular are great fun for little ones! We recommend checking the details of each individual experience or contacting us to find the most suitable one for your family.
