We look forward to welcoming you into a warm and friendly setting to create, side by side, two fresh pasta recipes and a delicious homemade tiramisù. Following traditional Modenese techniques, you will work with a wooden board and rolling pin, just like in true Italian homes, and enjoy the process of crafting dishes that have been passed down through generations.
This is a fully interactive experience: you will quite literally “get your hands in the dough,” working through every step of the preparation of fresh pasta together with the chef. From mixing and kneading to rolling and shaping, you will learn the secrets behind perfect pasta.
During the class, you will prepare:
- Typical Modenese appetizers
- Two types of fresh pasta (tagliatelle and tortelloni)
- A creamy and light tiramisù
