After the market, we’ll enjoy a leisurely 15-minute stroll through the charming streets of Florence, passing artisan shops, elegant boutiques, cozy cafés, and centuries-old buildings — a perfect way to soak in the city’s timeless beauty.

You’ll then be welcomed into the chef’s private home in the center of Florence, where the second half of your experience unfolds: a warm and interactive hands-on cooking class. In the cozy atmosphere of an authentic Florentine kitchen, you’ll learn how to prepare two traditional types of fresh pasta, like tagliatelle and ravioli, completely from scratch — from flour to fork. Then, you’ll craft one of Italy’s most iconic desserts: Tiramisù, layered lovingly as generations have done before.

Guided step-by-step, this experience is tailored for all levels — from passionate foodies to curious beginners. You’ll gain practical skills and discover tips and techniques passed down through generations of Italian cooks.

Once your meal is ready, it’s time to gather around the table.
